• Fireplace, flue, chimney cap, damper operation and presence of damper stop device on gas assisted units, presence of fireproof hearth and fire stop protection in the attic
• Plumbing, plumbing fixtures, visible drain system and vent pipes
• Electrical system and components including GFCI and AFCI devices
• Safety Hazards
• Gas leak testing at the exposed connections of the appliances, gas meter and fireplace
• Carbon monoxide test of the gas heater(s) and gas hot water heaters
